Carl E. Birtcher, 66. of Gallipolis, formerly of Columbus died Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at Arbors of Gallipolis Nursing Home. Preceded in death by his wife, Patricia. Survived by children, Aaron, Raymond & Sherman Birtcher, Betty McDaniel & Russel Birtcher; ten grandchildren; one great grandchild; brother, Danny Birtcher; other relatives and friends. Friends may call from 2:00-4:00 p.m. Sunday at the RUTHERFORD-SHROYER FUNERAL HOME, 1278 W.
