Ernest Ray Leady age 66, born November 3, 1943, went home to heaven Tuesday, July 20, 2010. United States Army Veteran, and retired from General Motors Delphi Division after 43 years of service. He attended Canaan Land Free Will Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by parents, Elmer and Evelyn Leady; brother, John; father- in-law and mother-in-law, Charles and Donna Mason. His survivors include his loving wife, Pam; sons, Timothy Leady and Bradley Hayes; daughter, Crystal (Leady) Hunter; Grandchildren Jacqueline Leady, Joshua Wilson, Zachary Hunter and Breanna Hunter; one great-grandson, O’Ryan Leady; sister, Lesa Ross; brother, George (Debbie) Leady; as well as many nieces, nephews and close friends, Tom Lombardi, Mike Graham, Skip Maines, Alan Wright and many others. Ernie was a loving husband, father and grandfather (Papie). Ernie loved fishing, boating on Lake Erie, gardening and most of all spending time with the ones he loved. He will be deeply missed by all. A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 24, 2010 at the Canaan Land Free Will Baptist Church, 2777 Gantz Rd., Grove City 43123 with Pastor Mike Blanton officiating. Family and friends may call at the church on Friday, July 23rd from 5:00-8:00 p.m. and one hour prior to the service on Saturday. A time of fellowship will be held at the church following the service on Saturday. In lieu of flowers please send donations to Canaan Land Free Will Baptist Church.
