FOOTE (HEKLOWSKI) Gloria Jean Joyce Heklowski Foote the architect and pillar of a strong, loving and caring family, beautiful woman and best friend, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and a brave and proud woman, passed away at the age of 65 in the early morning hours of Sunday July 11, 2010 after 6 months of incredible struggle trying to recover from a series of strokes. Gloria is survived by her husband of 46 years, Glenn, son Eric, daughters Tina and Kim, brother David, many cousins and friends, 11 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Both the viewing hours and the funeral service will be held at RUTHERFORD FUNERAL HOME AT POWELL, 450 West Olentangy St. (Powell Rd/St.Rt./ 750/ ¼ mile east of Sawmill Pkwy.) Powell, OH 43065 (614-792-1471). Family will receive friends from 2-4 & 6-8 PM Wednesday July 14, 2010. Funeral service will be held at 10 AM Thursday July 15, 2010. Entombment will follow the service at Union Cemetery, Columbus,Ohio. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in her name to any charity of your choice supporting the blind.
