Obituary:
JUSTICE Oscar S. Justice, age 88, of Worthington, passed away Saturday, July 3, 2010 at the Laurels of Norworth Nursing Home. Oscar was retired from the U.S. Army following 22 years of faithful service. He served during three wars, WWII, where he participated in the Battle of the Bulge, Korea and Vietnam. He was preceded in death by his parents Jack and Katherine (Huffman) Justice and his sister Constance Cornett. His survivors include his wife of 57 years, Ingeborg; daughter and son-in-law, Ingrid and Robert Luft; grandchildren, Michael and Michelle Harris and Christina Gillispie; great grandchildren, Grant, Morgan and Tyler Harris and Rian Gillispie; brother-in-law, Kurt (Kelly) Kisser; nephews, nieces; other relatives and friends. Oscar was a lifetime member of Don Gentile Post No. 532 American Legion, Northway Post No. 495 VFW and the Disabled American Veterans. A funeral service will be held 1 p.m., Thursday, July 8, 2010, at the RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, 515 High St., Worthington, OH 43085, with Pastor Ellis Cornett Jr. officiating. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. A graveside service will be held at Dayton National Cemetery.
