Herman “Herm” H. Pohlman, age 76 of Columbus, Wednesday June 9, 2010 at Riverside Hospital. Survived by wife of 53 years Arlene; children, Greg (Angie), Laura (Scott) Livingston, Steve (Amy), Joel, Terri (Pete) Potenzini; grandchildren, Nick, Tony, John, Evan and Anna Pohlman, Isabella and Mia Potenzini; sister Jeanette Ruffing; brother David (Dolores) Pohlman. Member St. Peter Church. Retired from General Electric Specialty Materials after 25 years service. Tutor for Columbus Literacy Council. Graduate of General Motors Institute School of Engineering 1957. Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 a.m. Monday, June 14, 2010 at St. Peter Church, 6899 Smoky Row Rd. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Sunday at RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, 515 High St., Worthington, OH 43085. Interment later. A special heartfelt thanks to the staff at The Forum at Knightsbridge for providing a loving and caring home for Herm in his difficult illness.
