Charles W. Jarrett, age 79, died Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at Bethesda North Hospital in Cincinnati surrounded by his loving family. Born May 13, 1931 in Man, West Virginia to the late William and Sally Jarrett. He is also preceded in death by brothers, Paul (Ruth) and Richard. Retired as Lt/Col from Air National Guard. Survived by beloved wife of 31 years, Gloria; daughter, Roni Jayne of Stuart, FL.; sons, James of Worthington, OH and Stephen of Stuart, FL; brother, Ronald (Betty) of Columbus, OH; sister-in-law, Linda; grandchildren, Danielle, Erica, Sarah and Stephen; many nieces and nephews. 1948 Graduate of Worthington High School, attended The Ohio State University 1948-1952 and Graduated with a BA in Management from Park College in 1978. Employed as a Jet Pilot, Ohio National Guard as Lt/Col, Chief, Command & Control, 121st Tactical Fighter Wing, 1961-62, France, 1968-69, Korea; Corporate Jet Pilot for Executive Jet Aviation; Mead Corporation; Murphy Oil Company; Totes, Inc and Kroger. Family will receive friends from 5-8 PM on Friday, June 4, 2010 at RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, 515 High Street, Worthington. Funeral Service will be 10 AM on Saturday at Karl Road Baptist Church, 5750 Karl Road, Columbus, OH 43229 with Dr. Glenn C. Perry officiating. Burial: Glen Rest Memorial Estate
