CONLON Elizabeth A. "Betty" Conlon, of Columbus, died at Kobacker House on May 29, 2010. She was born in Chicago, Illinois May 31, 1932 to the late George and Carrie Opitz. Survived by husband of 57 years, Bob; children, Kevin Conlon (Terry) of Austin, Texas, Margaret Conlon of Columbus, Ohio, Scott Conlon (Celia) and Cynthia MacKenzie (Peter), both of Worthington, Ohio; grandchildren, Kory, Elizabeth, Ryan and John Conlon, and Melanie and Samuel MacKenzie. Betty was a talented sewer and quilter, and a member of the American Sewing Guild. The family will receive friends at RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, 515 High St., Worthington, Ohio between 5:30-7:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 2, 2010 with a Memorial Service officiated by Pastor Tim Muller of Ascension Lutheran Church to follow immediately after. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Kobacker House, 3595 Olentangy River Rd., Columbus, Ohio 43214.
