REIMERS John "Jack" Reimers, age 83, resident of Worthington Christian Village, died Monday, May 17, 2010 at St. Ann's Hospital. Preceded in death by daughter Sally, and wife Jeane. Survived by children, Susan J. Billing, John D. (Terry) Reimers, Sandra L. (Bryce) Pugh, Russell T. (Marjorie) Reimers; grandchildren, David, Heather, Stephen, Adam, Briana, Brandon, and Jessica; great-grandson, Cole; and sister-in-law, Connie Loizeaux. Veteran of the US Navy. Graduate of Princeton University, did graduate work at Northwestern University. Tax and business consultant. Renowned expert on State and Local business taxes. Past President of the Ohio Chamber of Commerce, 1987-1993. Funeral service 10 a.m. Friday, May 21, 2010 at RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, 515 High Street, Worthington, OH 43085, where friends may call 6-8 p.m. Thursday. Burial at Walnut Grove Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Worthington Christian Village.
