Obituary:
VELIE Garwin "Butch" Paul Velie, 59, died peacefully at home May 17, 2010. He leaves behind his loving wife of 36 years, Sandy; and adoring sons, Sean, Ryan and Troy; along with close family and many friends. Butch graduated from O.S.U. and Capital Law School. He was an attorney and CEO of Rise and Dine Restaurants/Sunny Street Cafe'. He will be remembered as a compassionate, selfless man known for his uncompromising integrity and character who deeply cherished his family and friends. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to www.woundedwarrior.org/ and Ohio Health HomeReach Hospice. Memorial Service will be held at St. John's Episcopal Church, Worthington on Monday, May 24 at 11:30 a.m. with a reception following. Gone from our sight but forever with us.
