Maxine (Ross) Prifogle, 79, of Whitehall, Ohio passed away Sunday, May 2, 2010 at Arbors of London. II Timothy 4: 7-8 “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith; Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge shall give me at that day; and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.” A devout Christian, she was born September 24, 1930 in Wayne County, WVa. Survived by son, Jerry Prifogle, daughters Bonnie (Ed) Clark, Patricia (Jim) Payne, Sherry (George) Sprague, Robin (Cort) Blakenship, 17 Grandchildren, 15 Great-Grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. WEDNESDAY at the RUTHERFORD FUNERAL HOME AT POWELL, 450 West Olentangy Street, Powell, OH 43065. (614) 792-1471. (The funeral home is located on W. Olentangy St./Powell Rd./S.R. 750 1/4 mile east of Sawmill Pkwy). Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. THURSDAY, MAY 6, 2010 with Rev. Eugene Haney, officiating.
